Cforia Software Announces Major Product Enhancements with Launch of Web-Based MC2 at Annual User Conference

Cforia kicks off 11th Annual User Conference with introduction of all-new web-based MC2 8.0 software offering Customers dramatic advances in OTC productivity.

A world leading provider of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) Integration and Collaboration Automation Software, Cforia Software, LLC. shares new software launch today at its 11th Annual User Conference in Anaheim, CA.  The three-day event, Wednesday, October 21st through Friday, October 23rd, features educational sessions on core product functionality within Cforia’s A/R Management Tool, Report Writer and Management Dashboard (MI2), OTC Industry Best Practices, Customer Success Stories and the annual Customer Roundtable, which offers Customers the opportunity to share their own ideas for future Cforia product enhancement.

Cforia User Conference attendees will experience the product launch of Cforia’s web-based MC2, as well as learn all the new functionality of MC2 8.0.  They will also receive an MC2 Web and IT conversion roadmap to navigate through migration considerations, new hosting options for the cloud, and integration options for existing client technology infrastructure.  Users will also be provided with resources, testing, and best practices for the new technology deployment.

Cforia customers will also learn about how existing practices can remain fully in place or be systematically improved through web-based capabilities, how they can share peer-to-peer generated Best Practices Workflows and Report Templates to improve Working Capital, Days Past Term, and reduced Dispute Resolution cycle times. Additionally, they will receive training on building powerful Cforia Executive Dashboards which deliver global key performance indicator (KPI) visibility and OTC team control.

Conference Breakout Session Tracks specifically targeting information technology (IT) resources are designed to help IT personnel better configure and optimize the utilization of Cforia’s full capabilities, including hardware/network configuration for improved OTC performance and finance and accounting optimization functionality.
